2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, for example through:

• The contact form on the site — name, email, phone, subject and message content
• The free guide form — name and email address
• Directly emailing or calling us

In addition, with your consent (see section 3), we collect anonymized usage statistics through Google Analytics — pages you view, approximate location (country/city), device type and browser.

3. Cookies

The site uses cookies solely for statistical analysis via Google Analytics, and only after you've explicitly given consent through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and reloading the site — the banner will appear again.

We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies beyond what's described above.

4. How we use the data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or message
• Send you the free guide you requested
• Prepare a custom offer, if you've requested one
• Understand how visitors use the site (only with your consent), so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third parties we share data with

To operate the site, we use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — processes and forwards submissions from the contact form and guide form directly to our email
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic analysis, only when consent is given
• Cloudflare — hosting infrastructure and site security

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they process data.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form messages for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain correspondence — typically no more than 24 months, unless you're an active client. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained per Google's standard settings (14 months by default).

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your cookie consent at any time
• File a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated
